Change eye color with Photoshop

in this tutorial I am going to teach you, how to change eye color in easiest way... 

open an image that you want to edit

Now select the eyeball with Quick Mask mode or with Quick selection tool or with pen tool.

Now press ctrl + J or go to Layer > new > Layer via copy

After doing it, Go to Image>Adjustment>color balance

After doing it, just play with the color balance options. Change its midtones, highlights and shadows. 

just play with them and you will get your result
